Oarsoaldea’s tourist offices are ready for summer 2026

With the arrival of summer, the Oarsoaldea tourist offices are extending their opening hours during the months of July and August of 2026 and reinforcing their service with the opening of summer information points.

First of all, the Errenteria and Pasaia offices, both open throughout the year, are extending their usual opening hours and will provide service every day from 9:30 to 14:30 and from 15:30 to 18:30, until August 31.

On the other hand, from June 4 to September 30, the San Marcos Fort is open from Wednesday to Sunday, as well as on public holidays and long weekends, from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00. Free guided tours are available every day the fort is open, for anyone wishing to learn more about the history of the Fort and the valley.

From July 1 to August 31, the Oiartzun tourist office will also be open. Located on the ground floor of the Arizmendi Enea House-Museum, it will offer service every day from 9:30 to 14:30 and from 15:30 to 18:30. In addition, free guided tours will be offered to discover the history of this 17th-century building. The schedule for the tours is: Fridays at 11:00 (in Basque, Spanish, or French), and Saturdays and Sundays at 10:00 and 12:00 (in Basque) and at 11:00 and 13:00 (in Spanish). Prior booking is required by calling 943 50 89 13 or by sending an email to turismoaoiartzun@oarsoaldea.eus.

Finally, from July 2 to October 12, the information point for the Listorreta-Barrengoloia natural area in Errenteria will also open its doors. Its opening hours will be Thursdays from 8:30 to 14:00 and Fridays, weekends, and public holidays from 8:30 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 18:30. Visitors will be able to obtain information about the surrounding natural spaces and the hiking trails available in the area.

At all these tourist information points, both locals and visitors can obtain personalized information about plans, proposals, and ideas for activities in the surroundings, as well as make reservations for guided tours and tourist resources in the region. Furthermore, at the Errenteria and Pasaia offices, the anonymous MUGI transport card can be purchased, and both anonymous and personalized cards can be topped up.
