The Oiartzun river originates in the Natural Park of Aiako Harria, crosses the entire Oarsoaldea and flows into the Cantabrian Sea. It has an air of the Roman era, in the mines of Arditurri, but Oiartzun is much older. In its corners, the lives, names and deeds of Basques from centuries ago are preserved.
