In the century XVI hundreds of boats sailed to ewfoundland’s Grand banks. In 1927 Pasaia sees birth of the historical PYSBE, the largest company dedicated to fishing and drying of cod in the State. Almost a century later we offer our special tribute: a gastronomic appointment with menus dedicated to cod and activities around one of our more traditional products.
