Urdiaingo kantaia

To celebrate the summer solstice, the Iraultza Dantza Taldea group will perform the pagan ritual of Urdiaingo Kantaia in Errenteria’s Herriko Plaza. This event, performed exclusively by women, aims to pray for good weather and a bountiful harvest. The dancers will form a circle and sing the 29-verse St. John’s Eve song, keeping this ancient tradition alive.
